St Andrew Boat Club and its Trustees and officers hereby give notice that an Annual General
Meeting of the Members of the Club will be held on Thursday 31st August 2023, at The
Boathouse, Meggetland, Edinburgh, starting at 1930h.
AGENDA
1) Apologies for absence.
2) Review and adoption of the Minutes of the previous meeting.
3) Captain’s report.
4) Treasurer’s report and presentation of the financial statements.
5) Election of President of the Club.
6) Club subscriptions.
7) Any other competent business.
All Club Members are welcome and encouraged to attend this meeting in-person. For those
who are unable to attend in-person and would like to view and listen to a live-stream, we
plan to make a Zoom link accessible (and shall make available the login details beforehand).
Please note that only Members attending in-person will be able to speak and vote.
Written mandates may be received at the AGM but no Member shall be allowed to vote by
proxy. An eligible Member may propose a resolution by written submission to the Secretary
not less than 10 days prior to the date of the AGM (email sabcsecretary1@gmail.com).
